This branded men's clothing boutique was design by a London based architect. 

This sophisticated interior was fitted out , at the Sandton City Mall - New Extension in Johannesburg, using local trades men and skilled artisans.

Sam Esra Dezigns was responsible for all the building trades and on site supervision, of this branded store. 

The shopfitting team was made up of a dedicated local company and a Spanish team who arrived for the finishing touches.

Sam Esra Dezigns was commissioned to project manage a

full turn-key installation of the construction.

​

She was responsible from the start of the project, to ensure the entire shell and double layered walls were installed correctly.

This included electrical, concealed speakers, plus a hidden security systems , conduits in the floor, an oiled wooden floor, plus imported wallpapers. 

​

The entire project took x68 days to complete , working x6 days a week.
